TLC for Feet

Soothing Foot Oil

3 Tablespoons Jojoba Oil
or 3 Tablespoons Almond Oil
6 Drops Lavender Essential Oil

Place the oil into a small dark glass bottle
Add the lavender oil
Secure the cap firmly and shake the bottle well to combine the oils together
Massage into the feet using upward stokes before going to bed and wear a pair of thin cotton socks to give the oils a chance to work overnight leaving them refreshed and ready for the morning

Store your Foot Oil Bottle in a cool, dark cupboard.

When purchasing essential oil, make sure you buy a reputable brand e.g. Tisserand, to ensure that the oil is pure.

Refresh and Refreshed

200ml very warm water 2 Tablespoons Sea Salt
Juice from 1 lime
10 fresh Mint

Add the salt to the warm water and stir until the salt is dissolved - the warmer the water the easier this will be
Add the lime juice and the Mint and stir
Prepare a footbath and add to it your fresh mixture, making sure to check the water temperature
With your feet in the foot bath, lean back and relax for 15-20 minutes
Dry the feet well and moisturise

Cream Scrub

100ml Fresh Cream
2 Tablespoons Coarse Sea Salt

Combine the cream and salt together
Massage over the feet, paying particular attention to hard skin areas
Rinse off with plenty of warm water
The salt helps to remove hard skin, adds minerals and trace elements; the cream cleans and moisturises
