Printable Menstrual Cycle Planner

Cycle Chart from Pinkies
Understand your Body Rhythm!

A menstruation cycle chart can help you to understand and know your own personal body rhythms. By understanding these body rhythms, you can begin to learn how your body reacts and different times in the month.

Getting Started

The first day of your menstruation should be entered into "Day 1" in the planner. When you wish to use Basal Body Temperature method for tracking ovulation, you can enter this in the temperature chart, take your temperature in the morning and, where possible, at the same time each day. At the end of your monthly cycle you can join the points together to form a graph chart that shows your ovulation cycle based on your body temperature. Before ovulation your temperature may vary from day to day by about 0.1 degree Celsius. Just after ovulation your temperature rises by at least 0.2 degrees Celsius.

Because every woman has her own, unique cycle, the cycle planner is over a 40 day span. Print out a new chart for each new cycle.
